Fall 2024 Update: hello and welcome!

The medicine garden is cruisin' now that Autumnal weather has set in at the land of Common Ground Ecovillage. Dead-heading long-blossomed aerial parts, and soon to be diggin some roots for medicine making. I'm attending fewer markets and in general doing less this year while I wrap up an incredible Advanced Community Herbalism program with

Terra Sylva School of Botanical Medicine. I'm feeling so inspired to reformulate, create new herbal remedies, and attend more events in 2025!

I still have most of my classic herbal blends available.

 

I will be slingin' my wares at the 3rd annual Sleepy Fest 2024! My third time at this event and I'm stoked for the new location at the Haw River Ballroom in Saxapahaw, NC. Mark your calendars for October 26th and come say hi to me and all the other artists and vendors!
